If anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, or unhealthy behaviors have been controlling your life, you do not have to face these challenges alone. Therapy can help you take back control of your life, helping to slow racing thoughts, interrupt the cycles that keep you stuck, and cultivate practices that allow for genuine rest and renewal without guilt. With the right guidance, you can begin to reclaim your sense of self and start achieving the goals that are most important to you.

“Becoming your best self is a journey of returning to who you’ve always been, beneath the expectations, fears, and doubts.”
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."

I'm a Los Angeles based therapist helping adults, adolescents, and working professionals manage anxiety, stress, and patterns of behavior that interfere with living a meaningful and fulfilling life. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who appear successful on the outside but often struggle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a persistent feeling of being stuck. Despite their best efforts to change, they may feel like they are constantly trying to stay above water.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. Therapy can help you move past the internal barriers that hold you back and help you create lasting emotional change.

In our work together, the goal is not to fix you. It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and develop the tools to live with greater freedom, authenticity, and purpose.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and attachment theory. This combination allows us to address both the challenges you experience in daily life and the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

Therapy with me focuses on both insight and action. Together, we will explore the roots of your struggles while building practical tools and daily practices that support emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth.

My goal is to create a space that feels grounding, supportive, and approachable. You can explore your experiences at your own pace and develop a clearer understanding of what truly matters to you. Through this process, we will clarify your goals, strengthen your emotional awareness, and help you live in a way that feels more intentional, confident, and aligned with who you are.
